What is the
HTTC Difference?
The problem with most anti-human trafficking training provided to law enforcement is that it merely teaches what trafficking is and how to identify it. And that's the case because so few have the depth of investigative experience from start to prosecution. These other trainings are really nothing more than awareness events, none of which will solve trafficking
In order to be effective, law enforcement needs in depth skills so they are equipped to conduct investigations that ensure arrests and prosecutions, know how to properly interview a possible victim or offender, and know how to set up various proactive operations, among other highly skilled functions. You don't get any of that with awareness training.
Across the country, a small fraction of law enforcement officers receives any training whatsoever on human trafficking and most of that training doesn't provide practical skills that officers can use in the field.
HTTC was established to solve all those problems and to address the resulting shortcomings in law enforcement's response to human trafficking. HTTC's programs deliver proven, results-based investigative strategies and techniques in dynamic, action-packed trainings that inspire attendees to take action.
Together, we provide the most comprehensive anti-human trafficking programs available so that your organization gets measurable results -- more victims identified and accepting services, more trafficker arrests, and more seizures of criminal assets. Police are the only ones who can arrest traffickers. And it is this training that is the key to solving trafficking.
Sponsor a Class
Although HTTC is a for-profit business, because our training is so effective leading to measurable results (traffickers in jail and victims offered and accepting services) many people ask about sponsoring or funding our classes to help agencies who may not be able to fund the trainings themselves.
