Dan is the founder of HTTC and a retired Missouri State Trooper with a 27 year career, 24 years of which were spent as an investigator in the Narcotics/Vice Unit, Criminal Investigation Unit and the Human Trafficking Unit, which he created. He has approximately 17 years' experience investigating human trafficking cases. He was also the enforcement supervisor of the Missouri AG’s Office Statewide Human Trafficking Task Force.

Dan has instructed thousands of officers in human trafficking training in 41 states across America and internationally. He created the Special Victims Methodology(TM) for investigating human trafficking cases which is being used by hundreds of agencies around the country. Dan also created the Four Corner Strategy(TM) for investigating Illicit Massage Businesses which has changed the way law enforcement approaches these cases to bring greater success than traditional methods.

Daron is a 30-year law enforcement veteran who began his career with the Springfield Missouri Police Department.  Daron quickly made detective in 1998 and was thereafter assigned to the Narcotics Unit. It was after joining the regional drug task force where he met another young detective — Dan Nash.

In 2003, Daron was promoted and sent to the Violent Crime Unit investigating assaults, shootings and gang violence. In 2014, Daron was back in the narcotics unit and helped Dan with trafficking investigations involving illicit massage businesses.

After retiring from narcotics, Daron took over command of COMET (Combined Ozarks Multi-jurisdictional Enforcement Team), a drug Task Force which he led for nine years until his departure in spring of 2025 to join HTTC. Daron has received many local and federal awards for his investigations and is known as a tenacious investigator with an equally unwavering compassion for victims.

Kyle Bradley is a dedicated patrol officer in one of Texas’s largest cities, and has emerged as a national leader in the fight against human trafficking. With a proactive approach to street-level interdiction, Kyle’s career took a transformative turn after completing specialized training with HTTC in 2023. 

Since then, Kyle has conducted numerous targeted investigations, recovering over 70 trafficking victims in less than three years -- an extraordinary feat. Kyle’s strategic approach to transform everyday policing into a powerful tool against exploitation has earned him prestigious national, statewide, and local awards, which recognize his relentless commitment and impact. He continues to set the standard for law enforcement.

Beyond his individual achievements, Kyle is a mentor and collaborator, guiding fellow officers in human trafficking investigations and fostering a broader culture of action. 

Will Cameron is a detective in the largest city in Alaska where he was born and raised. With 20 plus years of police experience, Will has worn many hats within his agency both in uniform and undercover work. Starting with the patrol and crime suppression division, he has received many department accolades for service, including his agency’s Medal of Honor.

Will promoted to his agency’s detective division over a decade ago. Since then, he has worked within several units specifically focusing on felony level crimes against children, state internet crimes against children (ICAC) and human trafficking. For the last several years, Will has been assigned as a full time detective task force officer embedded within a local federal agency working human trafficking, ICAC and violent crimes against children within the state of Alaska and beyond.

After attending HTTC trainings and conferences with keynotes by Dan Nash, Will expanded and honed his human trafficking investigations, which has led to far more productive outcomes. Will is also an instructor in Alaska teaching on firearms, and interview and interrogation within his agency. In addition to his intense investigative schedule, he is excited to further channel his passions for helping victims and arrest traffickers as an instructor for HTTC.

Emily Mason is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience, including 15 years in Emergency Medicine and Labor & Delivery. For the past decade, she has served as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE), providing trauma-informed medical care and forensic evidence collection for both adult and pediatric patients.

As a Forensic Nurse Examiner and Domestic Violence Nurse Examiner, Emily works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. She collaborates with law enforcement, advocacy organizations, and medical providers to ensure compassionate treatment, accurate documentation, and improved outcomes for survivors navigating both the healthcare and legal systems.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Emily is a dedicated educator and advocate. She trains healthcare professionals, law enforcement and advocates on identifying signs of trafficking and abuse, responding to trauma, and implementing survivor-centered approaches within institutional settings.

Driven by a commitment to dignity, justice, and healing, Emily continues to advance forensic nursing practice and champion the rights and well-being of survivors.

Tena Riley’s deep experience bridging probation and parole, law enforcement, and victim services across Missouri named her the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole Human Trafficking Hero for 2020–2021. She also served on the Missouri Attorney General’s Human Trafficking Task Force during that period. As the designated liaison between the Missouri State Highway Patrol Human Trafficking Unit and the Missouri Division of Probation and Parole, she participated in human trafficking operations throughout the state.

In 2023 Tena joined the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office as a Crime Victim Advocate before transitioning later that year to Grant Manager for a Human Trafficking and Organized Crime Program funded by the Office for Victims of Crime. She established the Lake Area Human Trafficking Taskforce, bringing together law enforcement agencies from three counties and local victim advocacy centers, and currently serves as its coordinator.

Tena began her career in 1992 with the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole as a Probation and Parole Officer. She was promoted to Unit Supervisor in 1997 and to District Administrator in 2003, retiring in 2021 after overseeing operations in Camden, Miller, Morgan, Hickory, and Benton Counties.

Daniela is the Director of Operations for HTTC and is affectionately known as “The Fixer;” she brings her corporate world experience to HTTC to help carry out its mission to train every law enforcement agency in America and beyond to make a lasting impact in the fight against trafficking.

Daniela spent 12 years as a corporate lawyer and partner in Toronto and New York City for one of Canada’s largest corporate law firms. She is also the owner of Parthenon Strategy, a finance and consulting business, and is a relentless advocate for small business. She published her first book in 2022, How Not To Get Screwed By Your Lawyer: A System for Business Owners to Manage Costs, Reduce Stress and Take Back Control in order to empower business owners and help lawyers and clients alike develop more fruitful relationships.
