About the Course
Human trafficking advocacy is a critically important part of the equation to solve trafficking, and an effective multidisciplinary team requires good victim advocates.
Unfortunately, like in law enforcement and medical, many advocates do not have the proper skills and training to effectively help victims and ultimately help solve trafficking.
This one-day class was constructed in conjunction with HTTC by advocates with years of experience working with victims in trafficking advocacy.
This class will teach advocates how to be more effective in dealing with victims, how to build a proper team around you that will allow you to excel as an advocate, and how to manage law enforcement and other professionals that you need to work with.
